Heatherly Bell is an American romance author known for her warm, heartfelt stories set in small-town America. She writes for Harlequin Special Edition and is best known for her charming "Charming, Texas" series, as well as her beloved "Starlight Hill" and "Wildfire Ridge" series. Her books are filled with witty banter, relatable characters, and the kind of swoony love stories that keep readers turning pages late into the night. A California native, Bell discovered her passion for romance novels early in life and eventually turned that love into a writing career. She is a member of Romance Writers of America.
