Saara El-Arifi

Saara El-Arifi is a British fantasy author best known for her acclaimed debut novel "The Final Strife," the first book in the Ending Fire trilogy. Born to a Finnish mother and Sudanese father, she brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work. Her fantasy novels, including "Faebound" and its sequel "Cursebound," feature diverse characters and intricate world-building. Before becoming a full-time writer, El-Arifi worked as a diversity and inclusion consultant. She currently resides in London, where she continues to craft imaginative stories that explore themes of social justice, identity, and resistance within richly imagined fantastical worlds.
