Carolina De Robertis is an award-winning Uruguayan-American author known for her lyrical explorations of identity, queerness, and Latin American history. Her novels include "The Gods of Tango," "Cantoras," and "The Palace of Eros," a reimagining of the Eros and Psyche myth. She has also written "Perla" and the translation of "So Many Stars" by acclaimed Brazilian author Sergio Bambaren. De Robertis's work has earned numerous accolades, including a Stonewall Book Award and inclusion in "Best American" anthologies.
