Joshua Ferris

Joshua Ferris is an acclaimed American author known for his keen insights into contemporary life and the human condition. Born in 1974, Ferris gained prominence with his debut novel, "Then We Came to the End," which was a finalist for the National Book Award and won the Hemingway Foundation/PEN Award. His subsequent novels, including "The Unnamed" and "To Rise Again at a Decent Hour," further established his reputation for blending wit and existential inquiry. A graduate of the University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop, Ferris has contributed to The New Yorker, Granta, and other prestigious publications. He resides in New York City.
