Rachel Heng is a Singaporean author known for her evocative storytelling and profound exploration of human relationships. She gained critical acclaim with her debut novel, "Suicide Club," which delves into concepts of mortality and the human psyche. Heng’s work often reflects her interest in speculative fiction, seamlessly blending futuristic settings with deeply personal narratives. Having lived in Singapore, the UK, and the US, she brings a unique multicultural perspective to her writing. Heng holds a BA from Columbia University and an MFA from the Michener Center for Writers.
