Alexander Freed

Alexander Freed is an American author and video game writer best known for his Star Wars novels. He wrote the novelization of "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" and authored the critically acclaimed "Star Wars: Battlefront: Twilight Company". His "Alphabet Squadron" trilogy follows a ragtag group of rebel pilots hunting Imperial remnants after the fall of the Empire. Before focusing on novels, Freed wrote extensively for video games and comic books, including work on Star Wars: The Old Republic. His military science fiction combines intricate character studies with intense action, exploring the psychological toll of war on soldiers in the Star Wars universe.
