Sarah Dass

Sarah Dass is a Trinidadian-Canadian author who brings her Caribbean heritage to life in her contemporary young adult fiction. She holds a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from York University. Her debut novel, "Where the Rhythm Takes You," draws on her Trinidadian roots to tell a vibrant story of music, family, and first love set against the backdrop of the Caribbean. Dass writes stories that celebrate diverse cultures and voices, infusing her work with the rhythms and warmth of island life. She currently resides in Toronto, where she continues to write stories that honor her heritage.
