Kiyo Fujiwara

Kiyo Fujiwara is a Japanese manga artist best known for creating the shoujo manga series *Wild Ones* (*Arakure*), which ran in Hana to Yume magazine from 2007 to 2012. The series, which follows high schooler Sachie Wakamura after she's taken in by her yakuza grandfather, blends romantic comedy with action and explores themes of family, identity, and finding one's place between two worlds. Fujiwara's work is characterized by its humor, emotional depth, and ability to balance lighthearted romance with the dramatic backdrop of yakuza life. *Wild Ones* was published in English by Viz Media and remains her most internationally recognized work.
