Todd Burpo

Todd Burpo is an American author and pastor best known for his book "Heaven is for Real," which recounts the near-death experience of his son, Colton, and his subsequent visions of heaven. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Todd has devoted his life to ministry and community service, currently serving as a pastor at Crossroads Wesleyan Church in Imperial, Nebraska. The Burpo family’s story gained worldwide attention and was adapted into a successful feature film in 2014. Aside from his writing, Todd enjoys traveling, speaking engagements, and spending time with his wife Sonja and their children.
