Susan Abulhawa

Susan Abulhawa is a Palestinian-American novelist, poet, and activist known for her poignant narratives on Palestinian identity and struggle. Born to Palestinian refugees of the Six-Day War, she channels her heritage and personal experiences into her writing. Her debut novel, "Mornings in Jenin," garnered international acclaim for its deeply human portrayal of life in a refugee camp. Abulhawa continues to explore themes of displacement and resilience in "The Blue Between Sky and Water" and other works.
