Jo Nesbø is a renowned Norwegian author, celebrated for his gripping crime novels and the critically acclaimed Harry Hole series. Born in Oslo in 1960, Nesbø initially pursued a career in economics and music, before turning to writing. His debut novel, "The Bat," introduced readers to the complex detective Harry Hole and marked the beginning of an international bestseller series. Known for his intricate plots and deep character explorations, Nesbø’s works have been translated into numerous languages and adapted for film and television. Apart from writing, he continues to make music as the lead vocalist for the band Di Derre.
