Jandy Nelson is a celebrated American author known for her evocative young adult novels. She captured readers' hearts with her debut, "The Sky Is Everywhere," which skillfully explores themes of grief, love, and healing, earning critical acclaim and a devoted readership. Her second novel, "I'll Give You the Sun," further solidified her reputation, winning the 2015 Printz Award for its innovative narrative structure and vibrant, heartfelt storytelling. Before becoming a novelist, Nelson worked as a literary agent for several years. She holds an MFA in Writing from Brown University and another in Poetry from Cornell University.
