Liz Pichon is a celebrated British author and illustrator, best known for her series "Tom Gates," which has captivated young readers worldwide with its humor and creativity. Born in 1963, Liz studied graphic design at Camberwell School of Art and began her career as an art director in the music industry before transitioning into illustrating children's books. Her debut in children's literature was marked by the "Tom Gates" series, which reflects her talent for combining storytelling with engaging illustrations. Pichon has received numerous awards, including the Roald Dahl Funny Prize, and continues to inspire readers with her imaginative works.
