Ejeris Dixon is a Black queer feminist organizer, facilitator, and writer with over two decades of experience in social justice movements. She is the founding director of Vision Change Win, a consulting project that supports organizations in building their political vision and capacity. Dixon has worked with numerous grassroots organizations focused on LGBTQ liberation, racial justice, and ending gender-based violence. She is the co-editor, alongside Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha, of "Beyond Survival: Strategies and Stories from the Transformative Justice Movement," an essential anthology exploring community-based alternatives to prisons and policing. Dixon is a sought-after trainer and strategist rooted in transformative justice principles.
