Ellen Raskin

Ellen Raskin (1928–1984) was a celebrated American author and illustrator, best known for her work in children's literature. Her most famous novel, "The Westing Game," won the Newbery Medal in 1979 and continues to captivate readers with its complex mystery and intriguing characters.
