Miklós Nyiszli

Miklós Nyiszli was a Hungarian Jewish doctor and author, born in 1901. He is best known for his memoir "Auschwitz: A Doctor's Eyewitness Account," where he chronicles his harrowing experiences as a prisoner and medical assistant to Dr. Josef Mengele in Auschwitz-Birkenau during World War II. Nyiszli's writings provide a chilling and detailed account of the atrocities committed in the concentration camp, offering crucial historical insights.
