Kelly Link is a celebrated author known for her unique blend of fantasy, magic realism, and speculative fiction. Born in Miami, Florida, she studied at Columbia University and later earned an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her stories, often featuring a mix of the whimsical and the eerie, have appeared in numerous anthologies and magazines. Link has published acclaimed collections like "Magic for Beginners" and "Get in Trouble," the latter nominated for a Pulitzer Prize. She co-founded Small Beer Press with her husband, Gavin J.
