Heidi Heilig

Heidi Heilig is an acclaimed author known for weaving enchanting tales of adventure and time travel. Born and raised in Hawaii, her multicultural background and love for history often infuse her storytelling with vibrant settings and diverse characters. Heilig's debut novel, "The Girl from Everywhere," and its sequel, "The Ship Beyond Time," were celebrated for their innovative blend of fantasy and historical fiction. Beyond her writing, Heidi is a vocal advocate for marginalized voices in literature, often engaging with themes of identity and belonging. She holds an MFA in Musical Theatre Writing from New York University and resides in Brooklyn.
