Chukwuebuka Ibeh is a Nigerian writer born in 1993. His debut novel *Blessings* (2024) explores queer identity, family, and self-discovery in contemporary Nigeria. The novel follows a young gay man navigating societal expectations and personal truth in Lagos. Ibeh's work has appeared in publications including *Guernica*, *The Paris Review Daily*, and *The Rumpus*. He was a 2019 Lambda Literary Fellow and received support from the Tin House Writers' Workshop. His writing is characterized by intimate prose that examines the intersections of sexuality, religion, and Nigerian culture. Ibeh currently lives in the United States, where he continues to contribute to contemporary LGBTQ+ literature.
