Greg Iles

Greg Iles is a bestselling American author known for his compelling thrillers and intricate narratives. Born in Stuttgart, Germany in 1960, Iles grew up in Mississippi, providing a rich Southern backdrop for many of his novels. He gained acclaim with his first book, "Spandau Phoenix," and went on to write the popular Penn Cage series, including titles like "Natchez Burning" and "The Bone Tree." Often exploring themes of history, race, and justice, Iles's work combines suspense with deep emotional resonance. Besides writing, Iles is also a musician, having played in the band Frankly Scarlet.
