Project Itoh, born Satoshi Itoh in 1974, was a visionary Japanese science fiction author and game designer whose work pushed the boundaries of speculative fiction. His debut novel "Genocidal Organ" and its companion piece "Harmony" explore profound themes of free will, consciousness, and the fragility of civilization with razor-sharp intellect and emotional depth. His novelization of "Metal Gear Solid" demonstrated his mastery of complex narrative worlds. Itoh's career was tragically cut short when he passed away in 2009 from cancer at the age of 34, leaving behind a legacy that continues to captivate readers worldwide.
