Ed Southern

Ed Southern is an American author and editor with a deep passion for Southern history and literature. He serves as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Writers' Network and has dedicated much of his career to amplifying the voices of writers across the region. He is the editor of "The Jamestown Adventure: Accounts of the Virginia Colony, 1605–1614" and "Voices of the American Revolution in the Carolinas," celebrated anthologies that bring pivotal historical narratives to life. A champion of literary community and regional storytelling, Southern continues to shape and support the landscape of writing in the American South.
