Marjorie Hart

Marjorie Hart was an American memoirist born in 1924. She is best known for her debut book *Summer at Tiffany* (2007), published when she was in her eighties. The memoir recounts her youthful adventures as a college student working at Tiffany & Co. in New York City during World War II alongside her best friend. Hart's writing captures the glamour and excitement of 1940s Manhattan with warmth, nostalgia, and vivid detail. She followed this success with *Summer at Willow Lake* (2011).
