David Wroblewski is an American novelist best known for his debut novel, "The Story of Edgar Sawtelle," which became a New York Times bestseller in 2008 and was selected for Oprah's Book Club. With a background in computer science and writing, Wroblewski’s work combines literary finesse with narrative depth. He grew up in rural Wisconsin, which inspired the pastoral setting of his novel. Educated at the University of Wisconsin and the Warren Wilson College MFA Program, Wroblewski has a passion for storytelling that reflects the intricate relationships between humans and their canine companions. He continues to live and write in Colorado.
