Hannah F. Whitten is an American author known for her dark fantasy novels that blend romance, folklore, and gothic atmosphere. She gained acclaim with her debut novel "For the Wolf," the first book in the Wilderwood duology, which became a New York Times bestseller. Her lush, atmospheric prose and complex worldbuilding continued with "The Foxglove King," launching The Nightshade Crown series. Whitten's work explores themes of power, sacrifice, and female agency within richly imagined worlds inspired by fairy tales and myth. Before becoming a full-time author, she worked as a copywriter.
