A Hole in The Sky

Hazel's family lives a simple life in their village. They are just one of the communities on a vast generation ship on a centuries-long journey to a new world. Five hundred years ago the machines stopped working, and life has been frugal ever since. But everyone plays their part. When you reach sixty-five, you are recycled — it's only fair: you can't work anymore, and your resources are needed.

But not everyone is happy. Hazel encounters the Cheaters, a group who refuse to die for the ship. They have discovered the terrifying lie at the core of life on the ship, and they will fight for the truth and for the lives of everyone.
