Left alone to run his parents' shop and very much out of his depth, Finn advertises for an assistant position. Lila, an ex-event planner with an uncanny ability to get under Finn's skin, is the only applicant.
As an exasperated Finn and bubbly Lila struggle to find a working balance, terrible whispers begin to float about a customer who is lost in her memories. Finn and Lila are forced to work together to find out what — or who — is sabotaging their shop before the accidents force them to shut it down and sell it to a shark who is already circling.
As things heat up between the pair, will Lila ever be able to win over the grumpy Finn, or will he remain as closed off to her as he is to the Magical Spice Tea Shop?
