The King's Agent

An agent for François, the King of France, Battista della Paglia, is searching for a mysterious sculpture that will help the King rule over Europe’s burgeoning cultural world.

He finds an ally in Aurelia, the Marquess of Mantua, and together they embark on a harrowing quest that could change the course of history (historical fiction).
