Our trademarks and service marks, including StackMouse and the Bookist name, are trademarks owned by us. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with the App are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or circumvent any security measures. Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.

Suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. Remove or modify any User Content for any reason, without notice or liability.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
