Master Splinter has mysteriously returned from the dead, but he has come back…wrong. The Turtles must fight to save their father before tragedy strikes!

Master Splinter has returned from the dead! However, the Turtles have little time to enjoy their family reunion, as a new masked killer, the Ujigami, has begun assassinating the Turtles’ enemies. Things only go from bad to worse when the Turtles discover that Master Splinter and the Ujigami are one and the same! The brothers must discover what is wrong with their father and find a solution before dark forces, led by the mystical witch Shinigami, take their father from them again!
